Orchard Work - Orange Harvest

We are seeking motivated and physically fit Orange Pickers to join our orchard team for the harvest season.

This role requires high physical stamina. efficiency and careful handling to ensure the fruit is not bruised or damaged during collection.

Place harvested oranges into picking bags and carefully transfer them into large field bins.

Ladder work - safely use and carry ladders to reach fruit on higher branches. Ability to work comfortably at heights.

Drive small orchard tractors.

Follow all health and safety policies, procedures and instructions

Working outside in varying weather conditions.

Good English communication skills

Must be reliable, punctual and have own transport.

Full training will be provided.

Hours are weather dependent

Usual hours are 5 days per week - 8 hour day

Piece Rate basis - paid per bin filled

Affordable accommodation may be available onsite.

THERE WILL BE OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK IN OUR APPLE ORCHARDS AFTER THE CITRUS HARVEST IS COMPLETED
