Based in Cromwell, we manage premium vineyards across Central Otago and are seeking a motivated Machinery Operator to help deliver exceptional vineyard performance and fruit quality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a progressive and growing viticulture business.
As a Machinery Operator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of vineyard operations, working closely with clients and our management team to ensure vines are healthy, productive, and performing at their best throughout the season.

Roles include but is not limited to:

• Operating, maintaining and calibrating specialised vineyard equipment (tractor, mower, sprayer, mulcher, sweeper, trimmer, leaf plucker, pre pruner, cultivator, net winder)
• Agrichemical spray application operations
• Managing aspects of frost fighting and pest control
• Working outdoors with variable hours and variable conditions

Required Qualifications and skills:

Must hold a current New Zealand drivers license

Experience of vineyard machine operations

Ability to work under pressure and independently in remote locations

Excellent attention to health and safety

Bonus points if you have:

Forklift Endorsement

Class 2 drivers license

Growsafe Certificate
