Kiwi Pollen is gearing up for another exciting pollen season this November, and we’re looking for motivated people to join our team in the Bay of Plenty! Whether you’re after outdoor work, hands-on mill experience, or a leadership opportunity, we’ve got a role for you.
We have a wide range of seasonal roles available, including:
Flower Pickers – Piece rate work where our top earners made up to $55/hr last season! Average around $35/hr.
Mill Operators – Hourly rate work ($26.45 + holiday pay) operating our bespoke pollen milling equipment in Te Puke.
Field Supervisors – Lead a team of pickers, keep standards high, and earn $30/hr (incl. holiday pay).
