Typical daily tasks: Supporting the Rawhiti Hort harvest operation by transporting bins to and from the orchard floor to the loadout pad.  The harvest tractor driver plays a key role in liasing between the picking teams and the load out pad.

• Deliver empty bins to pickers ensuring they are positioned conveniently
• Move full bins to the loadout pad
• Ensure that bins are handled with care to avoid damage to bins & prioritise fruit quality
• Carry out prestart checks
• Adhere to H&S and hygiene requirements including quality standards
• Strong focus on tractor operation H&S
• Adhere to traffic management plans & complete traffic management training
• Assist with equipment and PPE maintenance
• Where applicable ensure timesheets and other documentation are completed accurately and handed into yard admin
• Liaise directly with the Site Manager on any issues or feedback
