We are looking to recruit seasonal Orchard Workers to work in our orchard divisions in Kerikeri, Northland as well as Opotiki & Te Kaha in the Bay of Plenty for spring/summer orchard work. You will enjoy a high energy, dynamic and fast-paced role, working outdoors in nature.  No experience needed as full training will be provided, just bring your positive attitude and great work ethic!!

All positions are Full-time seasonal roles starting mid October and working through to December, you need to be flexible with your days as when working with nature every day will be different dependent on the weather and the orchards. You will need to be organised and adaptable as this role requires you to work in different orchards doing a variety of tasks - Bud thinning and summer pruning.

Skills and competencies: 

• Ability to get yourself to orchards, reliable transport
• Working to achieve the combined efforts of the team
• Able to walk thorugh different orchard terrain
• Able to lift and carry bags of fruit up to 25kg
• Strong sense of personal safety
• Work outdoors in all weather
• Sense of urgency and pride
