Seasonal Nursery Person

We need one person to join our team growing, maintaining and dispatching our large range of containerised nursery plants. we invite you to apply for the Seasonal Nursery person position.

What We’re Looking For:

• A person comfortable with physical work and working in varied weather conditions, inside and out.
• Grow Safe certificate and/or prior weed spraying experience are preferred.
• Practical land maintenance skills would be useful.
• Good verbal and written English
• You will need to be a NZ citizen, permanent resident or have a valid NZ work visa. We do not provide any form of sponsorship.
• You will need to be available for an on-site interview.

Vibrant Earth Nurseries is a wholesale plant nursery in Hope, Tasman. We grow a wide range of quality container plants, including trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses, and climbers. We dispatch our plants to landscapers, and retail garden centres. We operate on a 2 ha site. A forward-looking and positive team make Vibrant Earth Nurseries a great place to work.

• This is a full-time position, 40hrs per week for 3 months (April, May and June).
• Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.
