We’re currently hiring for the following seasonal roles:
Packing Line Supervisor
Packing Line Assistant
Stacking Area Supervisor
We're also seeking expressions of interest for a variety of other positions in the packhouse, including:
Graders
Boxers
Tray Feeders
Stackers
Forklift Operators (must hold a current forklift license)

About Mt Erin: Situated in the sunny Hawke's Bay region, Mt Erin is a leading fruit packing and cool store facility. We pack a range of produce such as apricots, nectarines, peaches, and plums from December to February, followed by a large volume of apples from February to June. Our focus goes beyond optimizing fruit quality and logistics – we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels respected and valued.
What We’re Looking For:
Commitment to being part of a supportive team: Willingness to work up to 6 days per week from February to June, while embracing a balanced approach.
Physical fitness: Able to work on your feet all day (7am-6pm) with a focus on pacing yourself and staying energized.
Exceptional communication skills: Contribute to a culture of openness and mutual respect.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic: Reflect our values of integrity and accountability.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to working together to achieve shared goals.
