Sarita Orchard is looking for an experienced forklift operator for the packhouse for the upcoming season. You would need to be available from early-November until the start of February.
Must have a current forklift certificate, an F endorsement is not required.

Must be either be a New Zealand citizen/resident or have a valid work visa to work in NZ.

Maintain forklifts - completing daily checks.
Unload inwards cherries, and wash them before placing in inwards coolstore, ensuring cherry bins have correct date/block/variety before unloading.
Deliver cherries to packhouse for packing, ensuring bucket tippers are tipping at correct rate.
Unload as required during the day and load outwards cherries for shipping after ensuring documentation is correct.
