The Orchard Specialist is responsible for supporting the orchard with on-orchard activities as directed and guided by the Team Leader.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Canopy maintenance including: Pruning, tipping and stringing

• Orchard maintenance including: Crop protection, tidying, repairs

• Operation of relevant machinery under guidance & direction of Team Leader

• Active member of the orchard team

• All other activities as directed by the Team Leader

The successful candidate will:

• Have high level of attention to detail

• Be outcomes focused

• Be production driven

• Be a team player

• Be a quick learner

On orchard experience would be advantageous.

This is a fixed term position starting on 7th Oct 2024 and finishing on 13th Dec 2024.
