Description

Ceed is a full-service orchard management business based in Hawke’s Bay, home to a skilled team that cares about doing things properly. We look after hundreds of hectares of apple orchards, carrying out the technical work, machinery tasks, and day-to-day management needed to keep orchards performing at their best. Our work is steady, hands-on, and grounded in real partnership. We back our people, invest in good systems, and focus on consistent results that our growers can trust. If you take pride in the work you do and value being part of a connected, hardworking team, you’ll feel right at home here.

We are looking for highly motivated people to join the Ceed team for harvest on a full time, fixed-term basis.

Quality Control Apple Bins

Do you have great attention to detail? Want to put that to use in a fast-paced, friendly environment? We need self-motivated, reliable, team players to quality control our harvested fruit before it heads out the orchard gate. No experience necessary, we offer full training. You will need to have access to your own transport to move between orchard blocks and be tech-savvy enough to enter and read data on a tablet.

We are looking for people who:

  • Know how to be a team player.
  • Have a high level of motivation with a can-do attitude.
  • Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Are open to long work hours to ensure a successful harvest.
  • Are willing to embrace and demonstrate our MAP values; Making a Difference, Altogether Better, and Proud of What We Do.
  • Are willing to undergo our standard pre-employment checks including a drug and alcohol screen and Ministry of Justice checks.
  • Must be available for interview in Hawkes Bay prior to job offer being made.

Applications will close Tuesday 3rd February at 5pm, or sooner if suitable candidates are identified. Varying start dates in January and February.

To apply, please submit your CV with a cover letter detailing which role(s) you are applying for by email to laura@monarchplatform.com
