Description

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking orchard workers to join our small kiwifruit team in Lower Moutere, Motueka. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring our orchards produce high-quality fruit. It’s ideal for people who enjoy working outdoors, don’t mind a physical work, and want to be part of a friendly, collaborative team. Reasonable fitness is required, as the roles involve working on your feet throughout the day. The ideal height for this role is between 1.60m and 1.85m.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Dates: Approx start 6th January 2026, end date 31st January 2026
  • Position description: Removing excess and poor-quality fruit from the kiwifruit canopy
  • Rate: $23.50 + 8% holiday pay is paid out at the end of fixed-term agreement.
  • Working hours: Weather dependable. Monday till Friday (7.30am – 4pm). You must be available to work weekends (mainly Saturday).
