Description
Oropi Management Services Ltd is a family-owned and operated kiwifruit management company based in Oropi, Tauranga. We are currently looking for motivated staff to join our team for the 2026 kiwifruit harvest season.
This is piece-rate work (paid per bin) — the more you pick, the more you earn. We offer competitive rates, and work will be starting very soon.
We’re also a very social crew, so throughout the season you can expect team dinners, gatherings, and social events. It’s a great way to meet people and enjoy the harvest season together.
Free freedom camping is available for workers, which includes:
• Toilets
• Cooking facilities
(Please note: no showers available on site)
Job Requirements
Applicants must have:
• NZ Citizenship or a valid NZ work visa
• IRD number
• NZ bank account
• Ability and motivation to work outdoors in a physical job
• Height approximately 160–190 cm (to comfortably reach and move under kiwifruit vines)
