We’re looking for reliable and hardworking orchard workers to join our kiwifruit picking team in Lower Moutere, Motueka. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that is essential to producing high-quality fruit. You’ll be on your feet all day, lifting bags of picked fruit, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This role is perfect for people who enjoy hard work, being part of a collaborative team, and taking pride in the quality of their work.

•  Approx start on 20th March and season will finish at the end of April.

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR TALL PEOPLE (180CM+)

• Rate: $23.50 + 8% holiday pay AND Incentive PAID .

The Employer may pay additional $1.00 per each hour worked to employees who complete the entire kiwifruit picking season as scheduled by the Employer. This incentive is discretionary and will be assesses based on full attendance and adherence to employment terms

Please note that holiday pay is paid out at the end of the employment term.

• Working hours: Weather dependable. 7.30am – 5pm; (9-hr days). You must be available to work weekends, as we operate 6 days a week during harvest.
