Pickers required for kiwiberries.

Kiwiberries grow on vines like kiwifruit but are the size of large grapes.

Picking is a physically demanding job, so we require people that are happy to put in the hard work and deliver good quality!

• Your arms are above your head all day.
• Picking bucket ~5kg
• Must be physically fit & active.
• Have Excellent attention to detail and hand–eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with staff
• Motivation to smash daily personal picking goals!
• Reliable, punctual, and committed

Due to the nature of the work, you must be between 165cm - 185cm, this ensures that you can work comfortably under the canopy. Work is in a team of 8 with a bucket runner.

The season is short and intense only lasting around 7 days.

Start date is dependent on fruit maturity but expecting to start around the 20th Feb.

Pay Rate; Paid on piece rate $1.15/Kg with a $0.10/Kg if the season is finished. Previous pickers have earnt between $27-$52 /hr including bonuses and holiday pay.

Previous fruit picking experience is preferred

The orchard is 12km from Motueka therefore personal transport is required.
