Welcome to Southern Cross Horticulture!
We are a family-owned business operating for more than 50 years. Today, Southern Cross Horticulture is one of New Zealand’s most successful orchard developers and producers of SunGold & RubyRed, managing over 600 ha across the bay of plenty!
Start date;
- From the 21st September, or the 5th October 2026
What we offer;
- Competitive pay rate; $24.85 + 8% holiday = $26.8 total per hour
- Ability to offer sponsorship/ permanent contract to a foreign superstar currently in NZ or a hard-working kiwi!
- Consistent hours across multiple sites within Bay of Plenty
- Park over + Facilities available in Edgecumbe!

Requirements;
- You will need to be physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Minimum height requirement of 165-185cm
- Ability to work flexible hours as this job is weather dependent.
- Reliable transport and own accommodation
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Valid WHV visa, or OWV
- Great Attitude!
