We’re looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our team in Lower Moutere, Motueka.

Both roles below are physically demanding - you either lift heavy boxes or you lift bundles of reflective cloth. You would need to be able to stand on your feet all day. You must have your own car to be able to get to work.

We preferred candidates that can complete full season.

PACKHOUSE POSITIONS: 3

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that is essential to ensuring our fruit is packed to the highest quality standards. You’ll be standing for most of the day, working indoors.

Please note that minimum height for this position is 180 cm.

Staff rotate between

• stacking heavy boxes and strapping palettes,
• feeding trays into machine
• box making

* Dates: Approx mid-February 2026 until late June/early July 2026. We are looking for candidates who can complete the full packing season. Work visa applicants - please do not apply if your visa limits you to work only 3 months for one employer.

* Working hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm, Saturday 7:30am – 3:00pm.
* Basic rate: $23.50 + 8% holiday pay AND incentives as below Holiday pay is paid at the end of the employment term.

Incentives !!!! – unlike the other packhouses we pay the following incentives
* Additional $1.00/hr for each hour worked over 3 months (back paid in bulk)
* Additional $2.00/hr from the 3-month date to the end of season (back paid at the season conclusion)
* All incentives are awarded based on performance and season completion, as determined by the Packhouse Manager

OUTDOOR POSITIONS - REFLECTIVE CLOTH

You would be working as a part of small team, placing reflective cloth underneath the apple tress.  This role involves heavy lifting (lifting bundles of cloth) and clipping the cloth (walking and bending).

Applicants that have quad bike/4-wheel drive/ATV  riding experience are encouraged to apply. 

* Dates: Approx mid-February till mid-May. We are looking for candidates who can complete the full harvest season.

* Working hours: Monday – Saturday 7:00am – 5:00pm, depending on weather. You must be flexible to work weekends.

* Basic rate: $24.50 + 8% holiday pay.  Holiday pay is paid at the end of the employment term.
