The purpose of this role is to assist management with the general orchard
maintenance, which includes raking, weeding, pruning, planting, ground
preparation for planting, and irrigation.

During the winter months crop husbandry and maintenance is required to get our bushes and trees ready for springgrowing season and summer harvest.

Daily duties may vary depending on the weather conditions as certain tasks can’t be done if its too wet or frosty. Some of
the tasks can be physically tasking so a certain level of fitness is needed.

No Experience required, this role does require you to be comfortable working outside in the elements and be reasonably fit, so previous outside work experience would be an advantage.
