Description
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Forklift driver to join our summer harvest team at 3 Kings Cherries.
If you’re looking to work and live in beautiful Central Otago this summer, this could be the perfect role for you.
Main tasks and duties:
- Operating a Forklift safely across our 27-hectare orchard
- Working alongside the picking and packing team to load and unload fresh cherries in a timely manner
- Assisting with general orchard and harvest operations as required
Key skills and attributes:
- Previous tractor-driving experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good health and safety awareness
- Willingness to learn on the job
This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from December 2025 to February 2026.
On-site accommodation is available if required.
As harvest work can be weather-dependent, flexibility with hours will be needed. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a great team environment.
Please note: Overseas applicants must hold a valid Working Holiday Visa for the 2025–26 season.
