McIntosh Orchard is a family-run orchard established in 1881 that has delighted customers with our exceptional fruit for many years. We are based in Earnscleugh, Alexandra, which has amazing views of the entire basin, and is only an hour's drive to Queenstown and Wanaka.

We are seeking Cherry Pickers for the upcoming 2025/26 Cherry Season. This would be perfect for those wanting a physically rewarding outdoor experience.

 About the Job:

• As a Cherry Picker, you will be harvesting cherries according to quality standards.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in fruit picking in New Zealand Cherry Orchards or overseas is essential
• Ladder Confident
• Physical fit for shifting ladders, carrying 5kg+ buckets, and being on your feet all day
• Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with all staff
• Motivated by smashing personal daily goals!
• A Positive team player in a multicultural environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to pick up skills quickly
• Adaptable and willing to work early mornings
