We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Citrus Pickers to join our harvesting team for the next 4 weeks. You will be responsible for picking citrus such as oranges, lemons, limes, or mandarins, ensuring they are harvested carefully and efficiently to maintain fruit quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and handling fruit carefully to avoid damage
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Meeting daily picking targets

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long hours
• Able to work weekends if required
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous farm or harvest work is an advantage but not essential
• Confident with ladder work
• Must have reliable transport

Pay rate is a combination of bin rate (which varies depending on variety of fruit being picked) and some hourly work.

We have camping/parking available with cooking and bathroom facilities (limited spots)

Must be physically fit
