We will verify your visa and then send job offers. Induction and hiring will be first come, first served and limited to 25 people on the day. Successful applicants will be inducted on 27 December and need to be available to start work on 28 December.

We do cluster picking, so there is a strong opportunity to earn well through performance (minimum wage applies).
As a Cherry Picker, youβll be responsible for harvesting cherries to required quality and handling standards. This role suits people who enjoy working outdoors, moving all day, and challenging themselves to hit personal goals.
Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, youβll need:

Essential experience picking fruit in NZ cherry orchards or overseas (preferred but not complulsary)
β
Confidence working on ladders (preferred)
β
Strong physical fitness β able to shift ladders, carry 5kg+ buckets, and be on your feet all day
β
Excellent attention to detail and handβeye coordination
β
Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with staff
β
Motivation to smash daily personal picking goals!
β
A positive team attitude in a multicultural environment
β
Reliable, punctual, and committed
β
Quick to learn new tasks and adapt
β
Willingness to work early mornings when required
Job Requirement
