The Camp Custodian and Cleaner is responsible for welcoming and assisting seasonal staff on arrival, coordinating staff accommodation and campsite allocation, completing the initial campsite induction, and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, general condition and day-to-day operation of Sarita Orchard Limited staff accommodation and shared facilities.

The role is a key first point of contact for seasonal staff and helps provide a safe, clean and orderly living environment. It may also include staff transport, receiving walk-in employment enquiries and other reasonable duties as required during the season.

Must be able to live onsite, powered sites are available for caravans.

Key Duties

Cleaning and Hygiene

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout staff accommodation and shared facilities.
• Clean bathrooms, toilets, showers, kitchen and smoko room regularly, including morning and afternoon cleaning where required.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and shared facilities as required.
• Restock toilet paper, soap, paper towels and other hygiene supplies as required.
