We are a family owned and operated orchard looking for someone to support us with managing the day to day operations of our Blueberry Harvest!

The season will start approx. 16th October and run through to early- mid December 2023.  We usually harvest 4-6days per week, possibility of less days during first few weeks of harvest.

Hours will be 6am - 3pm most days, some flexibility is needed.

Daily tasks would include;

• Coordination and communication with harvest staff
• Maintaining harvest rotation
• Quality control and ensuring adherence to best practice standards
• Monitoring and oversight of harvest management systems

We are looking for a common sense, practical person with experience in horticulture (preferably berry harvest) to manage, support and encourage our harvest staff while having fun along the way!

We expect to have up to 20-25 staff so an ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people is essential.
