Description

• The primary role is to assist the Owners with the daily operations of the orchard
• Key leadership relationships will involve working with the Managing Director, permanent and seasonal staff, contractors, and advisors

Job Tasks will include:

1. Running seasonal teams for thinning, harvesting, and pruning
2. Quality Control Checks
3. Communicating and supporting co-workers with English as a second language
4. Tractor spraying
5. Operating and maintaining other machinery and equipment
6. Young tree and irrigation management
7. Hail Net Machine Operator
8. Sheep Work
9. Staff Welfare Health & Safety Representative
10. Any other duty relevant to the successful operation of the orchard that may be required
