Description
Redwood Orchards invites applications for apple picking work for the 2025 harvest about to commence late February.
The orchard is situated in Redwood Valley, about 10 mins drive from Richmond - the nearest town, and 20 mins from Motueka .
Redwood Valley is a traditional fruit growing area with pleasant landscapes and vista.
The orchard grows mainly modern apple varieties growing on modern structures and provides consistent work throughout the harvest, which runs from late February until early-May
Pay is mainly on contract - per bin picked - providing incentive to reward output and effort. Bin rates are competitive for ease of picking and consistency of work.
