Apple Pickers Wanted - Patutahi - Gisborne

Join our friendly team for the apple harvest.

Work starting soon - work until mid April

If you enjoy working outdoors and have a good level of fitness, communicate well in English, then this could be the job for you.

Work Involves

Manually and carefully pick apples

Ensure correct apples are removed depending on colour

Working on your feet all day

We use harvest platforms (no ladders)

Hours - Full time, weather dependent

Requirements

Must have valid working holiday visa (or legal right to work in NZ)

Must not have colour blindness

Able to communicate clearly in English

Own Transport essential

Good level of physical fitness and strength for carrying picking bags

Enjoy working outdoors

Able to work well as part of a team

No experience required - supervision and training given

Accommodation

There is limited affordable accommodation on site - Walk to work

Meet other friendly backpackers staying at our accommodation

Must not be colour blind
Must be in New Zealand with valid visa to apply
