We’re looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our fruit packing team in Lower Moutere, Motueka. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that is essential to ensuring our fruit is packed to the highest quality standards. You’ll be standing for most of the day, handling trays of fruit, and working indoors. Staff rotate between packing and grading tasks throughout the day. This role is ideal for people who enjoy hard work, being part of a collaborative team, and taking pride in producing top-quality fruit!

Position Description:
* Dates: Approx mid-February 2026 until late June/early July 2026. We are looking for candidates who can complete the full packing season. Work visa applicants - please do not apply if your visa limits you to work only 3 months for one employer.
* Positions description:Packing and grading fruit; staff rotate between grading and packing tasks throughout the day.
* Working hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm, Saturday 7:30am – 3:00pm.
* Basic rate: $23.50 + 8% holiday pay AND incentives as below Holiday pay is paid at the end of the employment term.

Incentives !!!! – unlike the other packhouses we pay the following incentives
* Additional $1.00/hr for each hour worked over 3 months (back paid in bulk)
* Additional $2.00/hr from the 3-month date to the end of season (back paid at the season conclusion)
* All incentives are awarded based on performance and season completion, as determined by the Packhouse Manager
